IMPROVE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION’S ONLINE DISABILITY AND RETIREMENT SERVICES
As the agency’s e-Services grew, it became imperative to provide easy, secure and reliable access of SSA’s services to every citizen, while reducing the fraud and abuse.
The Agency was looking for a partner to streamline business processes, reduce fraud while expanding different service channels. Enterprise64 teamed with Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grumman, and CSRA to deliver on this modernization and innovation effort.
Enterprise64 worked with government leaders as technology advisors for the Retirement and Disability Modernization efforts. We helped architect and develop a new self-service portal for citizens. Enterprise64’s team also led the project to improve the process to detect and prevent fraud and abuse. By implementing modern data analytics and predictive modeling, to identify high-risk transactions, we made the new process efficient and significantly more effective.
The Agency has successfully launched the Retirement and Disablity Service through their mySocialSecurity portal. More than 32 million users (and counting…) have registered up to utilize SSA’s eServices!
