Entperise64 was tasked to design a secured custom application that would monitor different network hardware installations to ensure the 99.9% guaranteed service. This involved integrating the ordering, CRM and provisioning systems. We developer a modern, flexible and extensible platform that not only served BullsEye’s VoIP phone solution, but would also serve their future needs. The custom application would monitor the entire network protocols and self-analyze any failures in the environment. While notifying support team with up to the minute alerts, this robust monitoring application would also restart switches and fix any glitches that would not require manual intervention. These features significantly improved up-time and ensured the minimum interruption in the service.
Technical solution & Technology stack
A application was designed for tablets that were used by field and service technicians to monitor and troubleshoot the complex network of hardware. Enteprise64 used adaptive UI using ReactNative to display the application on iOS and Android, and React.js for the Web, making the application. Leveraging a common microservices backend, we reduced the fragility and improved performance significantly.
